Why Would Anyone Need....

If there is one thing that I love to do, it is to visit Realtor.Com.
I especially love to view people's decorating styles all over the country.
As I professed, I am a closet decorator.
But what amazes me is why would one have an imbalance of bedrooms to bathrooms?
I can understand the half bath concept or even an extra bathroom if one has a pool house.

But why would you need 7 Bedrooms and.... 17 bathrooms?
Take a look. Explain if you can....

I guess if you can afford the house you do not have to worry about cleaning the toilets or toilet paper. Beats me why anyone would need that many bathrooms.

Here's your answer:

"Within Le RĂªve are 82 rooms, including six guest suites, a lavish master suite and baths complete with dressing rooms and a gentleman’s health club bath, six guest suites, a billiard room, a 27-seat movie theatre reflecting the Moorish style of Atlanta’s landmark Fox Theatre, an extraordinary Model Train Room, a virtual golf room, corporate business suite with conference facilities, a competition-worthy Brunswick two-lane bowling alley, a 1950s style diner for nostalgic entertaining, 10 fireplaces, 12 full and 11 half bathrooms. A masterful innovation is the Ballroom, with terrazzo floors and crystal and bronze chandeliers, which is transformed into an elegant entertainment space from the lavish 10-car garage."

It's enormous. You probably have to pee between the time you leave the ballroom or the bowling alley and manage to make it to the billiard room...

It's funny, when I looked at it I thought immediately of Versailles, and it turned out the description compares it to Versailles as well.

I love Realtor.com. I'm constantly looking for the ideal retirement location!
