No Juicy

Perhaps it’s because of my age.

Perhaps it is due to the fact that I am not fashion savvy at all…

Perhaps, I just am so disconnected from the younger generation…

I would rather lock all of the doors,

buy a chastity belt for her,

and send her to a nunnery

then allow my daughter to wear something like this in public.

…but that’s just me.

I am with you on that! I am so glad that I do not have a daughter or my hair would be twice as gray! I saw a beautiful young girl the other day with a tshirt on that had the word FREE written across the chest. Not the message I would want my daughter passing out to everyone.

Yeah, I have a problem with that too and I have 14 year old daughter! Why make something like that?!

I agree! Ava is only 6 months old and I'm already worried about stuff like this!! I see the clothing that is out there for young girls and I wonder why parents allow their daughters to wear it.

I do not get this name/branding on one's tush .. and most of the time the tushes I see flaunting this sort of logo is BIG and frankly not the sort of tush you want to flaunt. Just sayin'

Well when her parents are raising her baby and she is still a baby herself maybe they will think better.

My youngest has no interest in Juicy *thank you*!
My middle was in the "Lucky Jeans" phase. What kind of jean puts "Lucky You!" in the button up portion of a girls jeans? Sickos. My daughter never did get a pair.

Hello from Australia. I am a very young! nanni of almost 10 darlings so understand your comments well. Parents should just say no! I am sure they could if they just tried. With so much danger in the world I fear for all young.

We have two very strong ladies here in Australia who are fighting advertising etc. to stop the use of young to advertise their child size adult gear! all power to them.

Your blog is lovely and it is a pleasure to be visiting you today.
