Stockings Were Hung…

My plan is to complete this Christmas stocking for Jack and hang on the fireplace so Santa

LOL. I bought stockings for my babies when they were 6 months old. Said stockings are 4 feet long. What on earth was I thinking? Jack is one lucky boy;)

You made me remember something my BFF's mom always said when she saw something hand beaded or having hand made lace accents .. 'nuns went blind making this, so appreciate it'

No idea if whatever it was WAS made by nuns or not but she always said it and we always snickered

It will be lovely, though!

I made stockings out of felt and shapes I hand cut and glued on. Then I stitched the heel with a feather-stitch and embroidery needle and we still use those stockings for our sons every year. They turned out beautifully!
