Why is it that I love Diet Pepsi but dislike diet clear drinks?

Why is it I put cream in my coffee but sugar in my tea? (What are all these crazy questions ya askin me? Sorry, it just came to my head)

What is it about Joe Biden's smile that makes me smile? Don'tcha love his renegade long hair?

Who would have thunk it that Tina Fey would be a dead ringer for Sarah Palin?

Why is it that I'm 50 something years old and still love watching SNL?

Why is God punishing me for saying that Jessica Simpson can't sing and then guess what, her new song is stuck in my head 24/7?

Why do I love to build walls around me to keep out those who love me the most?

Why did Adam have to take a bite out of that damn apple and ruin it for all of us?

Why is it that I was born beautiful and not rich? (I crack myself up)

Why is it that I only had two children?

Why is it that Republicans can bad mouth Democrats but blast Democrats for saying boo about Republicans? (I don't get all that negative stuff. It's not healthy!)

Great post! I can identify with everything on your list.

I love Joe Biden. The Democrats got it all backwards. Joe Biden should be President, and Obama should be VP, at least until he loses his baby teeth. :-)

It is April of  2019. The year that marks my 65th trip around the sun.  Somehow, I always knew that I would make this landmark. There was never a doubt in my mind. The first 65 years have been trouble free. Moderate medical issues. One simple surgery in 2017.  This year will also mark 47 years of marriage to one man. Give me a standing O now, please! It’s incredible to recognize that I’ve know this man for almost 50 years. I don’t regret one single day. Not one.  Sure, there have been times that were filled with questions and struggles. But there have been so many more days that we’re fun filled, raising our two perfect children, living the life of suburbia, two working parents doing their best. Christmas in July Give A Way

What better way to celebrate the middle of summer with a give a way for one lucky blogging friend? Just because I want to, I will be giving away a Christmas box with an accordion album. This happens to be my design and I have already given one away last December. Sorry, Kate , you will have to sit this one out! This paper mache box holds an accordion album inside. More than likely, I will make a minor modification to the box before shipping it to its new home. I really love these vintage papers from Melissa Frances Scrapbook . Her collection of designs and patterns reminds me of a little sea side cottage. I can smell the ocean spray right now. These papers bring me back to a time when I think I would have loved to live…The Victorian Age. But let’s not fool anyone, I want all of the modern day luxuries.
